Cold season vegetables make the best pickles!
Service Description
Come out to the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen and learn to pickle cauliflower and more cold season vegetables. Participants will learn how to hot pack pickles for refrigerator and water bath canning processing. Two recipes will be made in this hands' on class and attendees will take home a jar of each! Class takes place at the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen, 117 Bay Street in St Stephen, located in the History & Archives Room across the yard from the Farmers Market pavilion. Tickets are $15 per person, payable online or in person the day of class.

To cancel your class ticket and get a refund, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, credit can be applied towards another class at a later date.
