Private Class - Mediterranean Cooking
From North Africa around to southern France, explore the bright flavors of Mediterranean cuisine
Service Description
This is a private class for the "Summerville Over 50" group. Come enjoy an afternoon of Mediterranean cuisine, from the shores of North Africa to southern France and more. Participants will enjoy making Tunisian Harissa, Vegetable Tian, Greek Chicken and Lemon Olive Oil Cake, and learning about the flavors and cooking techniques of the region. Cost is $35 per person and class will be held at Community's Hope Impact Center, 212 Cooper St, Monck's Corner. Bring your own apron and a bottle of wine if you like!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your class ticket and get a refund, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, credit can be applied towards another class at a later date.
