Service Description

This month in the St Stephen Canning Kitchen, learn how to pressure can beef stew meat and bean soup. Participants will learn how to safely pressure can proteins and go home with a jar of each item we preserve. Class will take place at the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen. Cost is $15 per person. Remember to bring a box to take your hot jars home in!

To cancel your class ticket and get a refund, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, credit can be applied towards another class at a later date.
