Service Description
Give a homemade Holiday gift this year that your family and friends will talk about for days, and enjoy learning about safely preserving jams and other foods. Come out to the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen to make Christmas Jam and take home small jars to use as presents. Attendees will learn about how to safely preserve jam using the water bath method of canning, and the differences between freezer jam and pantry stable jams.
