Service Description

The United States quickly became a melting pot for cookery, not just people. Learn more about the early recipes that defined the colonies, from hearth staples such as Johnnycakes and Apple Pandowdy to the haute cuisine of the port cities like Charleston and Boston. Participants will get a hands' on taste of cooking in early America, but with modern convenience! Cost is $25 per person, payable online or at the door on the day of class. Class will take place at the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen on Saturday August 1st. Kids are welcome if accompanied by an adult, please message Chef Rebecca about group discounts.
