Service Description
Celebrate the Holidays with a Christmas Tea - a variety of hot and cold teas, treats both sweet and savory - it will be an afternoon to remember. Invite six of your best friends and reserve an entire table for your group! You will experience the holiday version of a traditional Afternoon Tea, with scones and jam, biscuits, pastries, finger sandwiches and more! Chef Rebecca Antill will demonstrate several recipes and pastry techniques for you to try at home, but this will not be our usual hands' on class, so don't be afraid to wear your best hat. Tickets are $40 per person, a discount is available for children under 12, please contact me directly. Class will be held at the History & Archives Room in St Stephen, 113 Ravenel Drive, the same location as the Community Canning Kitchen, but transformed for the holidays.
